Webinar 1 – Overview of the FPR
This webinar will cover the history of fertilisers regulation in the EU and background to the development of the Fertilising Products Regulation (EU) 2019/2009 (the ‘FPR’). The webinar will provide an understanding of the product function categories (PFCs) and how to define component material categories (CMCs) of fertilising products in the context of the FPR.
Webinar 2 – Conformity Assessment under the FPR
This second webinar will outline the process for CE marking of fertilisers and the procedure and requirements for conformity assessment, explaining when it is necessary to go through a notified body. The webinar will also outline the labelling requirements for fertilisers and discuss the requirements for plant biostimulants in the context of the FPR.
