Some products could be categorised as either plant protection products or plant biostimulants, depending on their claims and mode of action. As a result, they may fall under the scope of Regulation (EU) 1107/2009 or Regulation (EU) 2019/1009, each carrying its own set of implications and requirements. In this webinar, we provide a brief introduction to these borderline cases, with a particular focus on comparing the efficacy data requirements under each Regulation.
